The QHSE Akademie was etablished in 2016 by Hans Oltmanns and Martin Gerner. Both are familiar with each other from previous projects where they had collaborated successfully.
What unites them is the belief that occupational safety and quality are closely intertwined, and that in education, quality, experience, and practical orientation are crucial factors.
After accumulating many years of experience in power plant and facility construction with RWE, E.ON, Alstom Power, Shell, and Cargill, they decided to share their knowledge and experience.
The idea of an academy emerged in 2015, and with the establishment of QHSE Akademie GmbH, the concept was put into action.
Just a month after its founding, the collaboration with TÜV Rheinland Akademie was further expanded.
